calbrion.com hosts no website. This domain routes the links contained in emails sent by customers of the Mailpro platform, and measures how they are opened.

The link routed through this domain on its way to its destination. If you are seeing this page, the journey did not complete: the link expired, the campaign was closed, or your mail software truncated the address. Go back to the original email and click the full link.

Data recorded

Each opened link results in the following being recorded on the sender's behalf:

the message identifier and the recipient identifier carried by the URL
the date and time of the open
the browser signature (user-agent)
the IP address, shortened once the country has been approximated

This data belongs to the sender of the email, who is the data controller. Maxony Suisse SA acts as processor. Nothing is sold, nothing serves advertising, and no data is correlated across senders.

Data processing

The legal basis is the sender's legitimate interest in measuring the reach of their mailings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of the contract between you and them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In Switzerland, Art. 31 revFADP applies.

Click records are kept for as long as the sender keeps the corresponding campaign in their account, and are deleted with it. Raw technical logs are purged after thirty days.

Storage takes place in Switzerland, in our Geneva data centre. Redirection data is transferred nowhere else.

No cookies, no third-party scripts, no pixels executed on this domain: everything measured comes from the identifiers already written into the URL.

Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability are exercised with the sender of the email, who alone can identify you in their lists. If you cannot reach them, write to us: we will pass the request on and, absent a reply from them, delete the records concerned.

Unsubscribe

This domain manages no mailing list. To stop receiving messages, use the link at the bottom of the email, or the unsubscribe button your mail client offers via the List-Unsubscribe header. It takes effect at once and for good.

Report abuse or phishing

Did a link on calbrion.com take you to a fraudulent page? Report it to moc.noirblac@esuba. Include the whole URL and, ideally, the message exported as .eml.

Reports are handled by a person, seven days a week, with a first response within 24 hours. An address confirmed as fraudulent is disabled and the sending account is suspended.
